What started as a basement hustle to fund a ski pass evolved into a scalable DTC business. As the solo operator, I translated this vision into reality, bridging the gap between brand design and commercial strategy on Shopify. My digital-first, full-stack approach covered everything from creative to logistics: I led soft goods design and development, optimized the supply chain to boost margins, and drove growth through integrated content and email retention strategies. By managing the ecosystem end-to-end, from the first engagement to post-purchase customer service, I ensured every interaction remained true to the brand’s voice.

Through disciplined optimization, the brand saw a 78% year-over-year growth trajectory in 2025. By overhauling the retention strategy, I captured 37% of revenue through Email & SMS, while simultaneously lifting Q4 Average Order Value by 30% via strategic bundling and upsells. The optimized storefront successfully capitalized on this increased traffic, maintaining a strong 3.2% conversion rate.
